Thank you for choosing Festival Sounds for your Event. If you are planning a wedding, there is only one form that we need once you have booked online. All other types of events do not require any other forms for music.

We prefer this form be filled out ONE MONTH prior to your wedding date to ensure changes are kept to a minimum. Once we have this form filled out, your DJ will reach out to chat about the details of the event with you. If you would like to chat before this form is filled out, just let us know and we are happy to help with the planning in any way.

All packages and dates can be held with a $100 deposit and must be confirmed by either telephone or e-mail with Festival Sounds. The Festival Sounds AGREEMENT form should be printed, filled out, signed and mailed along with your deposit to hold your date or CLICK HERE to book online.
